Our Custom-Made Home Whitening Kits
Our custom-made kits have whitening trays made to fit exactly over your teeth. This ensures they are comfortable to wear and that the whitening gel will not leak out, provided they are used correctly. All you have to do is wear the trays for a few hours each day, or even overnight for two to three weeks until you achieve the desired tooth colour.
We use Enlighten home whitening products as this system is also an extremely well-respected, safe and effective. The gel used to whiten at home is called carbamide peroxide which is a very stable and safe form of hydrogen peroxide whitening gels used in our practice. We can vary the strength of the gel prescribed for you, according to your needs. For example, if you have slightly sensitive teeth then a home whitening kit can be a nice way to whiten more comfortably using a lower strength whitening gel. You will still end up with excellent results, but it will just take a few days longer.
